Now you can program any KDS200 Series pump in just minutes to perform virtually any laboratory application. Our selection of pumps range from inexpensive single syringe infusion pumps to multi-syringe infusion/withdrawal pumps featuring independent rate and volume settings for both infusion and withdrawal plus five different mode selection.
All KD Scientific syringe pumps have a menu and alphanumeric display to quickly prompt you through set up. All pumps feature preset rate and volume control plus automatic shutoff. Dispense volume is tracked and displayed continuously. When the preset volume has been dispensed, the pump shuts off automatically. Each KD Scientific pump employs a sophisticated microstepping motor drive to virtually eliminate pulsing. Built-in TTL and RS-232C interfaces permit easy external control.

All you do is follow simple menu-driven prompts.In just minutes you can customize a purogram to: control the pump from seconds to days, change flow rates, pause, ramp rates up or down automatically, control outputs and respond to external TTL signals.
Unlike other programmable pumps, here’s no need to enter time increments or decrements between start and end flow rates.(KDS pumps provide a smooth, linear transition automatically.)
A program is divided into eight variabletime periods called steps. A step can be up to 12 hours long and may be changed without effecting the other steps.
Each step offers these options:
- Time duration, from one second up to 12 hours
- Travel direction_Infuse or withdraw (where available)
- Beginning flow rate (ul/hr to ml/min range)
- End flow rate (ul/hr to ml/min range)
- Pause _ Waits for an external trigger to start
- Status of output TTL pins
- Loop option _ Loops back to any previous step and repeats the intermediate steps.Two separate loops available.
- Set the count in the loop cycle. Steps may be repeated up to 100 times.
